  13. Hey @freezinKT - the RSVP functionality should still be there. If it's not working, please let us know. It could be a bug. Here's a quick review of setting up RSVP reminders and review of how the people invited can RSVP. I hope this helps.

Please login to your account and review the checklist to ensure proper setup for the new season.   17. Hi all, Just checking in on this feed and wanted to provide a few notes. First off, thank you for your feedback and collaboration among admins. We love to see this and appreciate it. Second, it's best to ensure you've adequately subscribed to iCal. You can review these steps here. The feed is only as good as what the admin inputs for the event (i.e. calendar description, team, etc.). We advise adding as much detail as possible to these for the parents to view (i.e. Practice [Team Name] as a title). Our product team is reviewing a ticket regarding iCal functionality and working to improve this experience. I hope that helps provide transparency.

  22. Hi @freezinKT, at this time, you would still need both apps, but our team is working to roll out single sign-on soon to allow easier access to jump from one app to the other. In addition, we've shared the integration and single solution feedback with our team, who is feverishly working to make the app more progressive in the future. Stay tuned for more updates!
  23. Hey @ballch, The system should update a bit after the registration is marked inactive, freeing up the inventory. Just takes a little time. If this has not occurred and you need to update fast, you can delete the entry if the registrant didn't pay online. To do this, go to Registration > Registrations > Click Registration Name > Use Quick Report or scroll down to find the registrant. Then, click on the entry, then delete. Additionally, if you want to change the owner (for instance, if they registered one of their kids twice by accident) you can change the owner of the registrant entry. Hope this helps!
