Hi @Kelsey Erwin: I opened a chat on 11/3 and have been trading messages with Brian. We're still seeing the issue with our schedule and I've added several links and pictures to the chat with him. Our season is now over but I'm hoping your product team can use the issue as input to make the schedule feature better going forward. Does anyone else find that their experience deleting or changing scheduled games is incredibly inconsistent and frustrating? What am I doing wrong here? All I want to do is simply delete one or more games from the schedule and then create new games (because simply changing an existing game flat out does not reliably work for me. I usually get duplicates or other wonkyness). I've been baffled for months now on how to find a reliable process for changing existing (scheduled) games on our season's calendar. I usually have to delete them twice (after closing out the browser and then coming back into the site). It's really making me think that it's time to explore other options for the two leagues that I admin. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me? I've been using Season Mgmt at a regular pace since we moved from League Athletics back in June.

@Kelsey Erwin Any update on this issue? It is still the case that when scores are updated (whether via SE Mobile app, via HQ->Season Mgmt->Schedule) we need an Admin to push the Publish button before the scores will appear in the microsite. This can't be working as designed, correct? It's very frustrating. I can vaguely see the case for needing to republish major changes that impact the overall game schedule or something of that nature....but simple score updates to existing games on the schedule? It's frustrating.. Thanks for your help.

I'm using Season Management as well and from what I can tell, there's no easy way around it--you need to manually create a page for the season/division/team and then embed the particular URL of the microsite that you want and link to Team Center. I followed the instructions via this video: Season Sites Short (wistia.com) This was very time consuming to set this up and I wish there was a better way. Also, whenever a new score is posted for a game, the microsite "publish" button needs to be clicked from the season's Setting page to republish the info on the site. This can only be done by an admin. I wish they would change this approach as well and just auto-publish.

Hi, I'm both a website admin and a coach. When I enter a final sore on the SE mobile app and submit, it does not display on the microsite until the site is republished via the backend by going to Settings and clicking on Publish Latest Changes button...and even then, sometimes it seems to work and sometimes it doesn't. I can still see the final score that I entered in the mobile app but it doesn't show in the microsite. I'm also experiencing an issue via desktop when I open the schedule screen on the backend: it just displays "You don't have anything scheduled yet. Let's get started by adding games or events to the schedule." until I add a filter and then it will display games---and even then, some (or sometimes all) of the games are marked TBD vs TBD which is crazy. Perhaps it's just my site but I'm seeing so many issues with Sports Mgmt lately.

Is it expected behavior for game scores that have been entered via the mobile app to not appear on the website for all users to see until an admin clicks the Publish button to republish the microsite? That seems…odd.

Yep, I’ve followed the instructions on this microsite video and have created pages for the season and individual teams and that is all good but I need the scoreboard widget that shows recent results and upcoming games like they have on the top of https://www.goldenvalleylittleleague.org I want to put the scoreboard ribbon widget at the top of my Home page. The widget appears to be available via Sports Management—just not Season Management. Thanks.

Hi, I'm somewhat new to administering an SE website for my baseball league. We are migrating from League Athletics and have Season Management (Beta) enabled. I've created a season, divisions, teams and have started scheduling games. I would like to turn on the Scoreboard Ribbon widget but the help articles that I'm finding only pertain to Sports Management. Is there a way to turn this widget on for a Season Management season or do I need to ask my support rep to revert my site to Sports Management?
