Ryan George
How do I go about editing the confirmation page of a registration? When I try to click on it it's greyed out, am I looking in the wrong place to edit the page?
1 freezinKT
I'm not sure if you can edit the Confirmation page. The help desk can probably answer that. One way you can provide help is via the confirmation email, which you can edit. Go into a registration and look at the list on the right side. Where it says "Edit Registration" with the pencil, click that. In the modal dialog that opens, scroll all the way to the bottom. There is a link that says "Show Advanced Options." Click it. A whole bunch of critical registration options show up. Scroll way down to the second to last text box, labeled "Custom message to be sent in confirmation email." Put in there what you want to say to registrants after they successfully register. That is the email they will receive when registration is done. Click "Save Registration." Now your registrants will get your custom email instead of boilerplate from HQ on registration.
0 Ryan George
Thanks, freezinKT. We already have the customer email copy set and really need to change the on-screen message for the Confirmation page since it now says "WOOHOO! YOU'RE ALL SET," and that doesn't quite work when the registration form has been modified to be a Rules & Ethics Incident Report.

If anyone from SportsEngine is reading this, we would also like this functionality to customize the confirmation screen. Some of our registrants are waitlisted and it is confusing that their confirmation says they are "all set" when they actually might have additional steps due to their waitlist status.

0 Marie Fitzgerald
I appreciate everyone chipping into this thread - I have passed this along to our Product Team to allow them to explore what kind of work this would take. There are no guarantees, but we've passed along! 1 Marie Fitzgerald Director, Product Marketing
