  2. We’ve released some significant improvements for you within Season Management based on feedback we received to make using these features more beneficial for your organization. Check out the highlights below. Managing seasons each year can be daunting; now, you can copy, delete, or archive seasons year over year to save you valuable time as you prepare for upcoming programs. Create recurring events within your Schedule to more easily add & edit practices or events that occur daily, weekly, or monthly. Sharing season and team details is important for your members, we made changes to make it easier to share these details and view important team roster details. Scheduling your seasons is a pain, our Scheduling Assistant is there to help make it a little easier. Add locations, time slots, schedule rules, and matchups to create a complete schedule automatically.
  3. Within the app, we allow coaches to create a team for free without needing to be connected to an organization and their HQ account. We did this to lower the barrier to entry for teams who need a solution but are not part of an organization that uses SportsEngine HQ at their organization level. However, in your case, this caused some confusion. Essentially, the free teams your coaches created have no connection to your organization because you did not roster those athletes to those teams. They were added just by their email address and name on the free version of the mobile app.
  4. @SMD - Thank you SO MUCH for your thorough response back, this has been shared with our Product & Engineering team and is helping them to dig into the issue. More to come. @Franz.lynn, can you send me what you see on your app? The new iOS release just went live and you should be able to view in a list again like the screenshot attached.
  5. I am wondering if they created teams on their own vs connecting to the teams that you scheduled within Season Management. To help me better understand what might be going on, do you roster those teams that you are scheduling in Season Management for your travel team?
  6. We just released a new version of the SportsEngine app today for iOS. Please go into the app store and ensure you have the latest update. This should fix the outstanding issue with notifications and will have the "list view" back in the schedule.
