From customizable confirmation emails to enhanced instructor visibility, it's a harvest of convenience and control.Β Β Custom Confirmation/Receipts: Admins can now set the "from" email and name for confirmation/receipt emails, making bookings crystal clear! π§ Β Booking Archiving: Admins can "archive" bookings as needed. Don't worry you can "un-archive" too! ποΈ Β Default Language for Payment Plans: New payment plan? We've got a default language for "Appointment fee" that will display as a placeholder but feel free to edit it to your liking! π£οΈπΈ Β Fee Waiver Power: Admins can now waive registration fees with a simple "x." More control for hassle-free sign-ups! ππ Β Instructor Visibility: Instructors' names were added to confirmation emails. Everyone's in the loop! ππ Β Date/Time Flexibility: Change future appointment dates/times easily. More control in the hands of your instructors and yours! ποΈ Β Booking Notifications: Admins/Instructors can enable notifications. Classes are updated for SMS and Push Notifications! Make sure to download the SportsEngine Motion mobile app and log in to receive push notifications. Validate your phone number on the web application to receive text notifications.π²π Β Additional Notes at checkout: An optional βNotesβ section allows participants to share info before appointments.
