Now, let’s move on to the updates! 🏊♀️ Swim Focused Updates: 📱 YMCA Deck Pass: Now accessible via the OnDeck mobile app. (For YMCA teams only) ✅ Icon Update: When in the “Take Attendance” view, we've swapped the checkmark icon for the “practice” icon 🗑️ Quick Cancel for On-Demand Practices: You can now delete an on-demand practice. 📜 Scroll Bar Cue: Added to the Roster Group and Location dropdowns for more straightforward navigation. 💰 Swim-A-Thon: Charges and payments have been updated for accuracy. 🌐 Platform Updates: 💼 QuickBooks: IIF files for exporting information for QuickBooks for September and October are now available for your financial tracking. Click here to learn more about Quickbooks and the IIF file here. 📧 Updated Language: The "Billing Summary" email is now called "Billing Statement" for better clarity. 📊 Attendance Reports: You can now export these as Excel files, in addition to the existing PDF option. 👕 T-Shirt Fields: Capture T-shirt sizes during registration - Please Note: the default setting is “optional” for you to adjust as appropriate for your classes. 📜 Agreements/Waivers placement: Agreements have been moved above the class description to ensure they're not overlooked. ✏️ Additional Descriptor Tool: A new Text Editor modal for classes and bookings, sub-program, and program descriptions has been added. 📝 Class New Reg Report: New columns for Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, and T-shirt Size are now available.
