Now you can easily keep all your members informed with advanced billing notifications prior to charges being posted to their accounts. Enable this setting within Notification Setup to keep your parents informed of upcoming charges. This feature allows you to set up automated notifications around time-sensitive financial charges, ensuring everyone in on the same page. By default, these emails are scheduled to be delivered 5 days in advance, but you can easily customize it to fit your community's needs! The email is concise, informative, and includes account and billing details, along with specifics about the upcoming charge. We're thrilled to bring this feature back to make communication a breeze!
