LHBRB
Does anyone know of a way to set a cap limit per division on a registration so when that division fills up it closes but allows the others to continue? Also how do you add a late fee once you hit a certain date? Thanks

You can see the set up here https://help.sportsengine.com/en/articles/6619391-how-to-create-reusable-discount-codes and some screenshots are attached. For a late fee, you could just build it into the cost of the store item and enable them on the 'late' date. Rob, Previously you could set a date to increase (add) a late fee without having to re-create store items. Was this functionality removed? We like to track how much in late fees we collect because we apply that to our scholarships. Also, we seem to be having issues with the multi-player discount. We would like to add a $10 discount for registered #2 player up. This seems to be taking the discount off of each player (for two players, this is $20, when it should be $10). Again, that logic was in place last year. Was this functionality removed?
0 Rob Bedeaux
Hi LHBRB, The term used in SportsEngine HQ is "inventory." You can set a max inventory on a store item which, when reached, will not allow for more folks to sign up. Here is a quick help article that covers how to adjust inventory on store items. We also have a longer and more in depth article that covers all aspects of setting up a new registration (including late fees and early bird registrations) that can be found here. thanks and good luck this season! 0 Gnocchi Cat
You didn't answer the question about late fees. They are not mentioned in the article you linked.
