Parents cannot find created team



I have a created team that is labeled TeamService-Independent_team. I have two parents that are unable to find the team when they search for it, their child is rostered on the team but they are the second parent whose email is not entered into the profile. I cannot figure out how to add them to the team or get them to find the team. Please help.
