  1. Does anybody know how to remove this from the registration process?
  2. Is there an email for the help desk? The messages I sent through the "Need Help?" button do not get answered, and then I get a message that says, "We haven’t heard from you in a while, bla bla bla..." Do you have any suggestions on how to find out who my account manager is?
  3. I am using the team sites: On the team sites, the events I have added in the team center are not showing up:
  4. I have hit the Sync Changes button many times, but only the season events show up on the Team Site. The "Sync Changes" button specifically says, "Keep your season site up-to-date." That made me think that there is a special trick to update the Team Site.
  5. I am using Season Management, and on our website, we have team pages where I am embedding the Team Site. On the embedded team site, the team events are not showing up. The only events showing are the ones on the Season Schedule. What am I doing wrong? I can see the team events on the Team Center and on the app but not on the Team Site.
  6. The player is 16, and he has his own profile that is linked to the household. And the fact that 13 and older can have accounts and register themselves makes no sense either—they are minors, and we need their parents' consent for them to participate, and sign a liability waiver. Ugh! Anyway, thank you for your help!
  7. Ok. That makes no sense whatsoever—the player is the one on the team, and he cannot see his own schedule? So if I add him as a guardian through the app, would it work?
  8. He has two guardians, and they both can see the team. The issue is that the player cannot see the team.
  9. Here is the situation: there is a player with two guardians. The household is set up correctly: the player's profile has the player's email and phone number, and each of the parents/guardians has their email listed. I have added the player to a team. When I look at the roster on the app, I can see the player and his two parents/guardians, so everything looks good. Each of the parents/guardians can log in to the app on their phone with their own email and can see the team in the app. When the player logs in to the app on his (obviously with their own email), they cannot see their team in the app even if they are on the roster. Why?
  10. Hi all: Any tips on how to use this function so that it works? I have the same person with two accounts: same email, same first name, same last name, same birthday, but the duplicate search keeps coming up empty. Lucia
  11. I have two questions about sending messages to players via the website: I cannot figure out where my "sent" messages are. When I send a message to a player, I want a copy to check my past communication. When I message a player, is their guardian copied? I want to be sure they are because, obviously, we cannot message minors without copying their guardians, Thanks! Lucia
  12. Thank you. And a great suggestion about the hidden field—that is brilliant!
  13. Hi all: If I mark a registration entry inactive, does SportsEngine automatically refund it? This would not be what I want—I am checking that our registered players have all the USA Water Polo requirements; if they don't, I would like to mark them inactive and email them asking to fix it, but not refund them. Once they fix their USA Water Polo membership, I will switch their registration entry to active again.
