  1. We recently added a new tab to your SportsEngine Motion help tab within your dashboard. You can view the latest product updates easily from the "NewsFeed" tab when accessing the "Need Help" tab. Enhancements Provided admins with the ability to share classes and bookings to social networks or with a one-click email experience. Improved the on-demand attendance feature by updating it to a new "Take Attendance" logo in iOS. Added Agreements to the Booking Admin report. Updated the time range for the Bookings Manager widget in the Mobile Dashboard API. Created a new Member Bookings information view. Created a new Booking Instructor role. Added a Booking system page for the content management system. Bug Fixes Resolved an issue with member registration agreements not appearing in the Agreement report.

Watch our Overview Video SportsEngine Motion’s new “Bookings” feature is here and can help your organization by providing the tools needed to create customizable time-slots for your members to book or reserve space for private lessons, birthday parties, or other services. Bookings is perfect for: Any event that has a 1:1 relationship— a single specific date and an available time slot for booking by one party. For example, a private gymnastics lesson at 3 PM on Tuesday. Here are some other examples of ways you can use this new feature: Private Lessons: 1:1 instruction Dance instruction: Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet, etc. Swim Lessons: Private instruction starts/turns with Coach Sara Gymnastics lessons for specific events, routines, or techniques Volleyball coaching: Specific skill instruction Private Events: Birthday Parties Private group events/classes Large space rentals Resource Management: Court/Field reservations Swimlane reservations Equipment rentals Studio space Contact your account manager today to get access to our newest feature and have "Bookings" added to your backoffice dashboard.

  5. Hey everyone, First, thank you for your feedback! I wanted to give a quick update from the team. We are aware of the issue and want to assure you that it is our team's number one priority right now. We are actively working to ensure that these events do not fall out of sync in the future, as well as cleaning up as much of the existing data as possible. We have already made some changes, are continuing to investigate to prevent future issues, and are currently in the process of figuring out how to clean up the existing data. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to thank you for your patience as we work through this. We will continue to push out updates as we make progress. please continue to send any existing data issues to our customer support team so that we have these specific examples to investigate (name of team, event/game details, etc.)

  13. Let’s all welcome back the “Scheduled charges” setting in the ‘Notification Setup’ settings as its back and better than ever! Now you can easily keep all your members informed with advanced billing notifications prior to charges being posted to their accounts. Enable this setting within Notification Setup to keep your parents informed of upcoming charges. This feature allows you to set up automated notifications around time-sensitive financial charges, ensuring everyone in on the same page. By default, these emails are scheduled to be delivered 5 days in advance, but you can easily customize it to fit your community's needs! The email is concise, informative, and includes account and billing details, along with specifics about the upcoming charge. We're thrilled to bring this feature back to make communication a breeze!

More control for your instructors without compromising your peace of mind Admin Privilege Setting Update We understand the need to maintain confidentiality in members and financial data while still empowering instructors with necessary tools. So we’ve introduced a new class admin privilege setting that allows accounts whose Admin Level is set to “Not an Admin” (see screenshot) to take attendance and send messages for any class right from the mobile app. Mobile Attendance - Allows for accounts set to “Not an Admin” under their Admin Level to take attendance in the mobile app without having access to account information. Mobile Attendance/Message - Allows for accounts Admin Level’s set to “Not an Admin” to take attendance and message parents in the mobile app without having access to account information. This means you have the ultimate control over who sees certain data, ensuring an extra layer of security and privacy. Here’s a quick breakdown of the updated privileges for the different Admin Level’s Action Platform Admin and Class Admin Level Take Attendance Web SuperUser EPC+ AND Full Access EPC+ AND Class Instructor Take Attendance Mobile (any class) SuperUser EPC+ AND Class Instructor EPC+ AND Full Access NAA AND Mobile Attendance, Mobile Attendance/Message Send Messages Mobile (any class) SuperUser EPC+ AND Class Instructor EPC+ AND Full Access NAA AND Mobile Attendance/Mobile Attendance/Message Note: Instructors no longer need to have an admin level of EPC or higher. Anyone can now be an instructor.   15. We've been doing our Spring cleaning and found some mobile and desktop improvements to enhance your experience. Mobile Updates: Class Start & Drop Dates - We've added these to the account and member classes tab!! When available, you'll even be able to edit them on-the-go! Makeup Info Made Easy - Your members can now see their makeup information, giving clarity to both parents and admins. Easy Access to New Enrollments - You can now click on member/account counts within your dashboard for quick access to newly created accounts, members, and enrollments. Last Active Filter - We've added a handy filter within Member details, so you can easily see when a member was last active in a class. Stay informed and keep track of your members' progress! Makeup Count Visibility - If a class allows for makeups and you have some available, you'll see your total number of makeups for that class. If the class doesn't allow makeups, no count will be displayed. Need more info? Check our Help Article. Desktop Updates: Class Inventory Page - We've improved the experience to make for smoother transitions. Now, if you have more than 3 classes in a sub-program, you'll see a button to load them all. (Check out the image below for reference) Class Management Settings - We heard you! You can now set the sub-program view to collapsed on the class inventory page. Just head over to class management > settings and toggle the option. It's set to expanded by default, but you can always collapse it if you prefer. Enjoy the new features and keep on moving!

Member Payment & Waitlist Flexibility If you have set your class registration to allow offline payments during enrollment, members can now see their offline charge for the registration in their account ledger. You will no longer see the “pay and approve” screen but will be taken directly to the billing summary, where you can create the payment right in the ledger. This added flexibility also means that if the member wants to pay the charge in their ledger by credit card, you or the member can easily do so. Click here to learn more about this new process Additional updates: You can now edit multiple members billings status’ at the same time by changing the “Group Billing Status” Click here to get up to speed with setting up group billing ATTENTION: Important Platform Note: A recent fix has been completed regarding an issue with members’ auto-pay enrollment setting. *If you had new accounts created between 11/1/22 - 1/23/23 and use auto-pay- please audit the new accounts' Payment Setup to ensure auto-pay and on-demand is enabled on their account.*
  17. New improvements for ordering Costumes, Uniforms, Apparel, or Equipment - we've added some helpful functionality to help any sport utilize the new Costume Management Tool. Costume Management Enhancements After gathering sizing information for members, the Auto-Size tool will automatically recommend the best size for members based on the vendors size chart and the specified measurement. We’ve updated the auto-size tool to allow for a different measurement to be used as a default for recommending a size. URL’s for specific costumes are available in your costumes dashboard report to simplify the ordering process. To avoid confusion, “Costume” will display in the ledger title to differentiate a costume order from a class charge. The default size/measurement "girth" has been updated to"girth/torso" in the sizing tool to support sports that don't use girth as a sizing measurement.
