Review Duplicates to Merge Duplicate

Hi all:

Any tips on how to use this function so that it works?

I have the same person with two accounts: same email, same first name, same last name, same birthday, but the duplicate search keeps coming up empty.

I never got it to work. However if you go into the member profile it may show a merge button. It shows it if the account of the duplicate has never been activated. When you push the merge button on the profile it gracefully merges.

If the member profile for both duplicates has been activated you have to ask the help desk to merge them.
