• There are NO WRONG ANSWERS. Please BE HONEST. Our objective is to understand your experiences to assess whether our products are helping you achieve your goals and inform product improvements.
  • It is perfectly normal that you may not have an answer to some questions. "I don't know" is a fine response.
     
• We're interested in your ENTIRE PROCESS, including steps using SportsEngine, on paper, and in other systems.
  • For example, if you do certain steps in SportsEngine and then make reminders by writing on a sticky note those are all important details and "tools" that we're interested in knowing about.
     
• Your feedback is ANONYMYZED and combined with that of other people like you.
  • The collective set of insights help inform our product decisions. These research studies are in no way representative of a commitment to product changes.

 

By taking part in these research projects, you may gain access to information that is confidential to SportsEngine. All confidential information disclosed is and shall remain the property of the company. You agree to NOT:

• USE the confidential information in any way except for taking part in the research project
• COPY, reduce to writing, or otherwise record the confidential information except as necessary in connection with the online research project
• SHARE, give, sell, license, lease or otherwise make available the confidential information in whole or in part to any other person, organization, or entity

 

If you have friends or family who use SportsEngine, encourage them to participate as well. The more feedback we receive, the better we can serve our community.
