cbwalter Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 I can't update old registrations because I get error messages that say "There were problems with the following fields: This registration has online payments in the system and cannot be made non-monetary. Merchant account cannot be changed once users have responded" I can't copy and update old registrations to new financial tools because the error says "This registration is built on our legacy financial tools and must have a close date on or before May 15, 2023." Any idea how I am supposed to make this work?
