I can't update old registrations because I get error messages that say "There were problems with the following fields: This registration has online payments in the system and cannot be made non-monetary. Merchant account cannot be changed once users have responded" I can't copy and update old registrations to new financial tools because the error says "This registration is built on our legacy financial tools and must have a close date on or before May 15, 2023." Any idea how I am supposed to make this work?

I need help with this topic but I can't reach anyone. I have attempted to follow the directions but keep getting error messages. Am I to understand that no registration that has been used in the past is able to be updated to the new system? I have members that have automatic renewals year over year and now I am susposed to have EVERYONE re-register AGAIN?
