Don Seiler Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 As parents start to make more use of the SE mobile app, more than a few have complained that they can't download photos from the team photo galleries. I can click on the share button the email the photo to myself or save to google drive, post to facebook, etc. But these folks just want a simple option to download the photo to their mobile device. Marie Fitzgerald Posted November 5, 2018 Share Posted November 5, 2018 I feel your pain here - while you can download photos directly from the team chat channel, as of right now that functionality does not exist within the photo gallery section. The Product Team is aware of this and are looking into the work it would take to bring that ability over to the photo gallery section of the app. The chat channel is a great place to share a few photos with the team and get more interaction, but the photo gallery is useful when adding multiple photos for team members to look through.
