SAYBL
One of our members was messaged via SportsEngine messaging asking them to join a Basketball League. I traced the phone number that was displayed to a Scammer number, they then were able to access their personal information and then started texting them. I have 3 questions.. How did they access our member? How did they access their personal information? How can I stop and prevent this happening to other members? Thanks in advance.
freezinKT
Are your teams set to public or private?
SAYBL
Great question, I'm new to our organization. I know when I access anything I require a login/pw. I'll ask one of the people who set it up.

Felzani, Matthew
11 hours ago, SAYBL said: How do you set this? I believe its private but I'd like to double check If I'm thinking of the same thing as @freezinKT then you would go into Competition > Season Management > Click "Teams" on the Season you're looking to administer. That will show you all your Teams and their visibility status (i.e. - the "Team status"). Then use the screenshot below to navigate the rest of the way. And this is the help text from the Info button on the Teams Page: Controls how the team is viewed in the mobile app and Team Center. Inactive - not searchable, Private - only rostered individuals, Public - searchable for all.
