Edit Membership

To clean up your membership database, navigate to Org Tools > Accounts.

Use the blue Customize Filters, or Customize Columns if you would like to filter your view.

Some common ones are the Annual Reg Fee Date From/To in the Filters.

Or, under the columns, move the Class Membership column closer to the Account Name.
(if the membership column is BLANK, they are not actively registered for a class). 
Under Org Tools > Members, you can also review their last class date

      To mass edit: 

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Org or Team Tools > Accounts.
  2. Click the Checkbox to the left of the account that needs to be edited.
  3. Click Edit > Multi-Edit.
  4. Check Set Status
    1. Choose either Cancelled/Hidden or Suspended.

  5. Click Save.

     

    To manage individually:

    1. From the left navigation menu, click Org or Team Tools > Accounts.
    2. Click on the NAME of the Account/Member you wish to edit
    3. Scroll Down unit you see Account Status (under Account Access Settings)
      1. Choose either Cancelled/Hidden or Suspended.

         4. Click Save.
