How to edit MX records?

Hello, 

Our domain is brsysa.org.  Our registrar is Hover (via Tucows).  However, our hover.com admin states: 

Quote

This domain [brsysa.org] is using third-party nameservers. DNS records added here won't have an effect.

 

 

 

 

So, Hover is useless.

Our current nameservers are: 

ns1.sportnginserver.com
ns2.sportnginserver.com
ns3.sportnginserver.com
ns4.sportnginserver.com
ns5.sportnginserver.com

I also don't see any way to manage our DNS through SporteEngineHQ.  I have never come across such a convoluted setup of MX records, and I've managed literally thousands of domains since 1996.  How/Where do I edit the MX records?  Thank you!

I had to reach out to my account manager to get he MX records fixed. They did it quickly, but yes it's kind of frustrating when you can't do things yourself.
