Background Check - My Own Account

Hello, 

I need a background check through sportsengine as a part of becoming eligible to coach for my club. 

I am currently a member under my mom's account. 

SE website say I need to be the owner of an account to have a background check. 

SE website also says the way to move to my own account with all my registrations is to contact SE and they will move my information to a new account. 

I have had a great deal of difficulty getting this accomplished (1.5 weeks).  Does anyone have advice on how to actually get a hold of someone at sportsengine who will take care of this task?
