Events not syncing to Calendar

We setup a new team on SportsEngine today and entered in all our our Practices as events and games as Games.

When syncing the calendar, all the games show up correctly, BUT, the Events do not.  We do see one event, but the rest are missing although they clearly display through the app or on a team site.

What's the solution here?  Just add Events as Games or delete all the events and enter them a specific way?  Are there special characters that you don't want to put in an event like (12u), etc????

Please help as this is very frustrating that our parents depend on a schedule that can sync to the calendar and not sure if SportsEngine is the best if this simple feature is so buggy.

The events eventually showed up after a few days.  But updates do not seem to be made.  Anyone know how to make sure updates to events show up on the calendar that is synced to your phone?

I enabled calendar sync at noon today.  4.5hrs yet nothing has synchronized.  

@sportsEngine - how often does your back-end sync job run?  Why would it have to take hours, if not DAYS, to synchronize the calendars to Google?

Synchronizing for the first time appeared to eventually work, but any changes you make don't get reflected if you made a mistake and heaven forbid you have to cancel practice or change locations due to snow or inclement weather - those updates don't happen to the calendar.

I've noticed that the events are being done via an API to Facebook.  Is Facebook rate limiting Sports Engine?  This is just really unacceptable with no explanation of why a core feature of your platform does not work.

Wait, it gets even better now.  We had practice scheduled for today and on the web it shows correctly and the calendar sync works.... but the app shows no practice today on the schedule. 

Also, if we look out into the future, we have practice scheduled on the web on two separate days, but the app shows them both on the same day.

Is this considered a technical issue or just really bad user experience?
