A couple of months ago, I attempted to turn off marketing emails from teams my son no longer plays for.  I received a “500 - Internal server error”.  I assumed there was an issue with the site and I would try again later.  I tried again to access the link today and received the same message.  Yes, I did try several different browsers and devices.  There isn’t a clear way to report errors on SportsEngine.  So, I thought I would start here..

I am having a similar issue. When I click: Manage SportsEngine Marketing Preferences in settings>account>>communications preferences, I receive the following message:

 

SportsEngine, Inc.
Preference Center
No Matching Record Found
Your information does not match our records and we are unable to pull up your preferences. Please try again.

If you still encounter issues, please contact us here for additional help.
