SE - How do I access and set up the Rules & Ethics forms and process from the SE site for our org?

Hi

I am a HS Varsity hockey team Mgr and BOD member in charge of revising our Rules & Ethics platform and process. I have access to SE and want to use the existing SE R&E forms and process so I am looking for help on how to do this because I can't figure it out / or how I can plug it into our site and use the info and process for our own R&E Committee. I see other organizations have done it but don't know how they did and haven't found anyone to talk to. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Jeff G
