This is 100% without a doubt a bug in the iOS app. There is no option to turn on "Sounds" for SportsEngine app notifications in iOS. It is only an option to turn on "Badges". See above screenshot from bgullifor. It is an option on iPadOS, but not iOS. Without the "Sounds" option the notifications show on screen, but have no sound or vibration. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and have the second update that came out this week. Everyone I've asked about this within my club that has an iPhone is experiencing the same issue ever since last fall's major redesign of the app.

Same issue here. Definitely a developer issue as the options for Sounds and Banners are simply not there on iOS, only Badges. Please fix as soon as possible as it really helps to have the sound/vibration notification for chats in order to respond quickly as a coach.
