  1. Has anyone else had issues with Scheduling in Season Management? I have added multiple events through the scheduling feature and it continues to say I still have nothing scheduled. It does add them all to my teams calendar - but nothing shows up under Schedule in Season Management - and if I need to edit the event I have to go into the individual teams calendar. The search and filter feature shown in the Season Management training video do not work on my account (again, as it continues to say there is nothing on my schedule). My permissions are correct. I've reached out to the chat team multiple times with no solutions (only questions if its been resolved).
  2. Also completely frustrated with support... I am a new-ish customer, and this is only my second season using Sports Engine. Right now, during the start of our Travel Season, I don't have a master schedule through Season Management so instead of adding new teams to the master schedule I have to create duplicate events. I wasted an entire day trying to go through the help chat only to wait hours for a generic reply essentially starting over. Honestly, this thread has provided me more relief than anything. Don't worry - their billing still works so they can take a cut of all of the transactions we produce.
