We are looking for assistance with registration and an error message. Error Message: “ The registration is built on our legacy financial tools and must have a close date on or before May 31, 2023”.
1. We were told you could copy and past a registration from the past and it would still work, it does not.
2. Even when creating a whole new registration the same error message pops up.
Can you please advise? Our team has reached out to the Support Center but has heard nothing back, going on day 3. Thank you.
