Need Help? blue tab, the key to all help & SE resources, has disappeared

i have a billing inquiry. As in, I, a league admin for SportsEngine, have an inquiry about my 4-figure bill from SportsEngine. I am not trying to set up billing for my players' families, nor am I disputing a bill at a SportsEngine user. I am the one that knocks. On the door of SportsEngine offices in Minneapolis. And all the help files and voicemail tree options point to logging in to my SE HQ and clicking on the blue "Need Help?" tab on the right hand side. I've used it before. It is gone. Gone from Firefox. Gone from Safari. Gone from Chrome.

Does anyone have a phone number of a billing analyst that I can call? Because at this point, I'm reduced to asking for sales demos just so I can get a live human from SE to talk to.

 

This caca is worse than trying to get out of a gym membership.
