[Apply CSS to registration]

Hello,

I am trying to apply CSS to a registration so I can use a different background color, image and text.  I have successfully done this on a test page for my organization but I don't know where to apply CSS to a new registration.  Help!

I would like to apply some custom CSS in a league registration.  Specifically I would like to change the background color and remove or change the background images that occur in the main site.  Can someone please tell me where and how I would add the CSS to a registration?  Thank you.
