Integrated Scheduling with MaxSolutions

By Jim Dahline, 04/20/16, 10:15AM CDT

We’re excited at a significantly upgraded integration that no longer requires file export/imports.

Sports facilities and leagues who use MaxGalaxy previously could export schedules from MaxGalaxy into a file to import into Sport Ngin. We're excited at a significantly upgraded integration that no longer requires file export/imports.

Integrated Features

When you integrate Sport Ngin with MaxGalaxy, you'll have access to the following features in MaxGalaxy:

  1. Map your league and teams to MaxGalaxy.
  2. Tags automatically and dynamically are available in MaxGalaxy
  3. Easy schedule creation
  4. Push all events and games back to Sport Ngin

Connect MaxGalaxy to your Sport Ngin account

First, be sure to set up your league and teams in Sport Ngin. Then, connect your Sport Ngin account in MaxGalaxy.

Map your league and teams to MaxGalaxy

Once your account is connected, you'll need to map your league and teams. This will ensure all game schedules include the correct teams.

Easy schedule creation

When your teams are all loaded, you can configure your competition rules (how many games per team, duration of league, available time slots, etc) and MaxGalaxy will create your schedule for you.

Dynamic Tag Sync

All of your tags are synced to MaxGalaxy which makes it easy to add events to calendars and aggregators on your web pages.

Push back to Sport Ngin

When you are ready to push your games and events back to Sport Ngin, simply click on the export and it'll be published. No more file exports or imports!
