Our Sport Ngin mobile app is incredibly valuable for parents, coaches, managers and fans. Best of all, it's a free download for iPhone and Android. 

Five Great Features

Here are the features that make Sport Ngin mobile the go-to app for your teams.

  1. Create events
  2. Follow multiple teams
  3. Add athlete profile photos
  4. Push notifications
  5. Directions to games

Create Events

Click on your team in your follow list

Click on the Schedule/Results

Click on the small pencil in the upper righthand corner to add your event

Add events right from the app

Follow Multiple Teams

At the bottom navigation area, tap "Add a Team"

Search for the team you want to follow

Add that team to see its information

Follow all your teams

Add Profile Photos

Click on your team in "My Teams"

Click on the roster

Click on the player you want to add a profile picture for

Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner and select edit

Scroll down and tap the "Select Photo" button to open the picture window

You can select a photo on your phone or take one using your phone's camera


Use camera on your phone to add profile pics

Get Notified

Tap Settings

Tap "Push Notifications"

Tap the team you want to manage notifications for

Toggle to green the items you want to be notified about

Push notifications keep everyone updated

Map & Directions

In "My Teams," tap the team you want to get game directions for

Tap Schedule/Results

Tap the game you want directions for

Tap the word "Map" in the middle of the screen

The map will open, allowing you to get directions*

*Note: the game location must be entered by the webmaster to get directions.

Jim Dahline is Director of Product Marketing at SportsEngine. He is active with many customers and specifically with tournaments.
