Clark, who lives in the Chicago suburb of Cary, Ill., is a self-described ‘Ngin-eer,’ with years of experience using the Sport Ngin platform. An Information Systems Manager at Xentris Wireless, Clark helped build out the Cary Soccer site and still serves as the webmaster of the Crystal Lake-based Jr. Wolves Football site. Clark and his wife, Stephanie, have two sons, Jered, 15, and Zach, 12, who are active in multiple sports, including soccer, football and lacrosse.

What he does:

Clark got the go-ahead to move the Cary Grove Youth Lacrosse website to Sport Ngin’s Sitebuilder platform late last year. He had access to the new site shell in mid-December and, by Christmas, had it up and running. Clark pushed to have the new site live as quickly as possible so registration for the spring season, which closes in late February, would be available as quickly as possible. Clark’s work building custom graphics calling out registration sessions and specific sections of the site help create a distinct, professional look. The Coaching Staff section includes bios on three of the organization’s coaches, including Director of Lacrosse Brendan Gorman, captain of the Irish National indoor lacrosse team and founder of the Chicago Outlaws Lacrosse Club. The Lax-101 Page is makes good use of Sitebuilder's Tab Element and includes information on rules, positions, offense strategy, defense strategy and goalie tactics. The page includes graphics that provide detailed indoor and outdoor field diagrams.

Making his mark:

Clark assembled an Equipment Page is well-designed and packed with information. It shows a picture of a player and describes each piece of equipment he is wearing. Included on the page is information on different levels of rental packages, ranging in price from $50 to $85 for the season. A registration session has been set up to handle the rentals and is prominently displayed on the page.
