Youth Athlete Heat Recovery

During youth sports camps in the summer, it's important to keep a close eye on young athletes to make sure they consume the necessary fluids, calories, and electrolytes to stay hydrated and maintain good energy levels. But, in order to get your athletes ready to continue another full day of activity in the sun, be sure to incorporate some of these hot-weather recovery tips.

TrueSport is a community-based movement that champions the positive life lessons learned through sport.
