Now you can set the appropriate time zone with game and event times

Rarely does a league or team have games that are always in the same time zone. Whether you have teams spread out across the country, or are a traveling team that sporadically has games in other time zones, you can now avoid confusion by utilizing our time zone support features.

Time Zone Support Features

  1. Ability to add any time zone to game or event.
  2. Time zone displays on page elements and widgets.
  3. Time zone included in push notifications.
  4. Game or event time will display in local time equivalent in mobile app.

Add Time Zone for Event/Game

Now when you add a game or event, you can select the appropriate time zone. Since your website has a default time zone, that'll be the one that is automatically added, but you can now change that.

Displays in Elements & Widgets

Your website will display the time zone that you include. Meaning, if you add "Eastern Time Zone" it'll display that.

Time Zone in Notifications

When a new game or event is added, the time zone is now included in the push notification received by your team from the Sport Ngin mobile app.

Local Time in Mobile App

Inside the mobile app, times for events and games will always display in the local time that you are in. Meaning, if you are physically in the Central Time zone, but a game time is added in Eastern Time, you'll see the equivalent time in Central Time.
