In June 2015, we'll move our NE Minneapolis headquarters to 807 Broadway in the historic Arts District of Northeast Minneapolis to begin the next chapter of Sport Ngin. Just down the street from our current headquarters, 807 Broadway has been the home of a GE Mazda light bulb manufacturing factory and most recently the home of the Minneapolis School District administrative offices.
The floors are looking amazing after some serious work in the past week and the parking lot has spaces all ready to go.
So much work in the past week. The floors are being brought back to life and the bleachers in the Great Room are really coming together.

Even more progress on conference rooms and the Great Room bleachers.
Making progress on the "Great Room" bleachers and kitchen island. HVAC ducting nearly complete.
Wall framing and initial HVAC rough-ins are in progress. Truss painting is almost complete.
Lots has been going on over the past 6 weeks. We're finalizing architectural and design plans, and new windows are being put in. All of the sandblasting is complete

Donut Day is an important part of Sport Ngin culture. Today we held our first Donut Day at the new space to give staff an opportunity to see the build-out in progress. We hosted a Q&A session and collected ideas and suggestions from the entire group.

We will occupy about 30,000 sq ft on the third floor.
One of the most beautiful (and famous) design features in Northeast is the amazing brickwork in our buildings. The development team is going over every inch of brick to sandblast and bring the original brickwork back to it's original beauty.
